join up- how often

How often do i do join up with my horse, i don't want to make him bored. Once a month, 4 times a year, ect,ect?????

Once you have established trust and Join UP 3 or 4 times in succession there is no need to keep doing it. It is the foundation of your relationship upon which to build. The only exception to this would be if some problem occurred later that damaged this trust for some reason then you could do it again, otherwise enjoy the relationship and go from there :-)
