Renske's beauty-treatment

Hi all,

I just wanted to tell you that this afternoon Renske got her beauty-treatment for this weekend.
I always grooming her and do a little bit of massaging. But now I gave her after brushing and stroking a full relaxing massage. SHE LOVED IT.
She knows that I am allways brushing her for minimum of twenty minutes and she know's what I am doing, because I follow a procedure.
I bought on the demonstration in Devon a dvd with massaging technics and I studied that.
And now I did the whole massage this afternoon on Renske.
She was standing there so relaxed, eye's half closed, licking and chewing, jawning etc.
When I finished the massage (that was round about half an hour) you could see she was so relaxed that she nearly fell down. You could nearly hear her snorring and if she could talk she would ask me if she could have her afternoon nap... ha. When I took her to her paddock she was so slow, head down and you could hear her shuffle.
It is so wonderfull to do this massage and the bond between us is getting stronger and stronger. It is not only for Renske very good, but I can feel how much energy I get from it as well.
Within a few weeks I am going to try to ride again on Renske and I will be very happy when we can go together again for a walk in the woods.

Hi Miriam,

Just to tell you that I went out for a ride yesterday with Renske.
It was not planned, but my friend and she is also my instructor asked to come with her.
Oké we did only step, but we went into the woods and it was lovely. It was wonderfull weather, beatifull views and the trees are so beautifull in colour.
I had a wonderfull day and Renske to, she liked it and was very good to me. Listened very well and she was looking around very relaxed.
Thursday I will have my lesson on Renske again, I am looking forward to that.
