Where in the UK to source a Surcingle and Breast Collar

After watching the long line video lessons I noticed that Monty always uses a breast collar with the surcingle.

Looking in the UK I cannot find this item on any of the mainstream equestrian sites.

Does anyone know where we can buy the surcingle and breast collar together over hear (or even have one shipped from the US).
