Willing Partner Curriculum

Hello!

I would love to see a lesson plan for how to create a willing partner. Especially more lessons on how to desensitize your horse to different distractions. A plan to create a "bomb-proof" horse.

Thank you for the feedback as to desensitizing lessons etc. We currently have Crossing Water with Pat Roberts, Mounting Block lessons, Spooky Kadina, the Georgia lessons, Martin Clunes and Monty Scary Objects Overhead, etc.

We love capturing these lessons as the opportunity arises and welcome your suggestions as to 'distractions' to addressed. Keep 'em coming!

The Willing Partners™ Program is hinged upon the purchases of young horses that Monty and Pat personally purchase for their specific temperament. We can all aspire to have our horses in tune with the program though! See more here: http://www.montyroberts.com/horses/willing-partners-program/

I think it would be good to know whether there is a specific order/time scale to the whole process i.e. what are the steps the horses go through from arrival and Flag is Up to completion as a willing partner. I know the video says it takes 20 to 24 months but are there particular advantages to doing one exercise before another for example
